Thanks for your reply, but I'm still not quite sure how this would work. I would like to submit my GEDCOM file of Flecks if it is easy to make corrections. The easiest way for me to make those corrections would be to submit a revised GEDCOM file in its entirety when I feel enough additions, deletions, and corrections warrant that action. (Mine is a work in progress and I know new “facts” will emerge and old ones will change.)
QUESTION: Once my “Bob Fleck Family Tree” is established on the Black Sea German Database, can revision GEDCOM files be submitted to replace a current “Bob Fleck Family Tree”?

Bob, The short answer to your QUESTION is yes.

Question #7 in this topic post: http://blackseagr.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=142 says replacement GEDCOMs can be sent at any time. Question #8 relates how minor changes to trees are handled.
