I am trying to figure out Michael Hager's family from the 1852 strassburg, russia census.

I am finding conflicting info in these 2 entries from this site.

In the 1852 census household #50 Michael's wife is listed as magdalena.

They have a 20 year old son named michael as well that is not mentioned in 2nd entry as a child of Michael and Margaretha welk.
does any one know more about Michael's family??

To me it seems more possible that magdalena schuck from 2nd entry is actually the spouse of the 20 yr old micheal mentioned above.

I only ask this as I am trying to sort out my welk relations.

The Strassburg 1852 family #50 lists the following:

Michael age 41 (born about 1811)
Magdalena age 39 (born about 1813) (her maiden name is not given)
Michael age 20 (born about 1832)

http://www.blackseagr.org/blksea-db/getperson.php?personID=I14507&tree=125 in the notes section does say "caution that this may not be correct".

http://www.blackseagr.org/blksea-db/getperson.php?personID=I02940&tree=111 states that Michael born about 1812 is married to a Magdalena Schuck who was born about 1828. This also does not match with the 1852 family list which shows that Michael and Magdalena are only about 2-3 years apart.

I think http://www.blackseagr.org/blksea-db/getperson.php?personID=I22246&tree=125 is probably the correct information. This comes from the database of Merv Weiss. You may want to contact him for further clarification. He email address is merv@blackseagr.org.

http://www.blackseagr.org/blksea-db/getperson.php?personID=I02940&tree=111 comes from the Dale Wahl database and he is now deceased. I am going to add my notes above to the file and hopefully someone will come forth with the correct information.
