Notes: According to Geisinger, from 1874 to 1879 the Hutterite community in Russia (about 700 people) decided to move to North America (mainly South Dakota). Colonists from Eugenefeld bought the land in Huttertal and settled their landless sons there when the Hutterites left for North America.
Huttertal founded in 1843 is 12 miles east of Melitopel (History of Hutterite Mennonites).
