"Familien- und Sippenbuch Hoffnungstal Bessarabien" by Albert Eisenbeiss
and not related at all to the Hoffnungstal, Odessa Parish

Dale Wahl was a driving force behind Hoffnungstal, Odessa Oblast, Parish (HOP) research everywhere in the GER-RUS community and he published a newsletter devoted to the parish for 15 years. This topic is intended for questions, discussions, history of when villages joined or left the parish, history of the parish churches and other issues related to the Hoffnungstal Odessa Lutheran Parish. It is not intended for discussions about individual villages in the HOP. For those discussions please ask in the village topic for your village if it already exists or create a new topic for your village and ask there. I didn't realize so many villages were involved in the Hoffnungstal parish. GRHS is about to publish a book that relates to this interest group |

I have not heard about a HOP book and you would think they would tell the HOP RIG webmaster this news. These are the villages we knew about in 2003, even more have been identified since then. |
