Location: Spokane, WA, USA.
If this is the Sehn family found in the Bessarabia region, it looks like they may have come from the Elsass region located near the French/German border. This area was psobably French when they left for South Russia.

yes my Grandfather came from Bessarabia to Canada in the 1920's and he did say probably from Alsace region. How did you find this info? Is there a way to see if there are any relatives still there?

If you can find the village he is from in alsace their archives are online for free. I checked stump but no info there.
