I am a serious but new researcher who is very interested in my family
history. I am eager to learn more and to continue my research into my
family tree, wanting it to be as accurate and thorough as it can be. I
have always been interested in history and to delve into my own is an
exciting prospect for me. My fathers side of the family arrives from
the Neudorf area while my mother's side arrives from the Kutschurgan
area of Strassburg, Kandel, Elsass, Selz and one who is stated from
one census to be living outside their area in the area of Bufinka,
unfortunately I have never been able to find out any info on where
this is, and doing a google search comes up with nothing on this name
however it is what the census I bought says.

Names I am currently researching are Selzler, Feickert, Nagel, Held,
Pflieger, Schaffer, Dockter amongst others.

I am looking forward to being able to learn more not only about my
background but the history of the Black sea Germans and was very
excited when I came across your site and forums.

Hi Murray,

If you are interested in Neudorf, then please join my platform: http://neudorf.webs.com/

I also have a TON of info about Feickerts and Dockters (are you looking for info about a particular one?) We are most likely related!

Your cousin (x times removed),

Justin

Hi Justin,

I created this topic for member jdmorrow and I don't believe she has a subscription to this topic. You can contact her directly using the Private Message feature of our Forums. See http://blackseagr.org/forums/faq.php for more information about Private Messages.

I have some family in Kandel but none in Neudorf. :(
