Hi, I received our great grandfather Anton Fischer's (b. 1855 Selz) death certificate from South Dakota. His mother is listed as Katherine Senger and his father Johannes Fischer born in Selz. I was told that our Katherine Senger was a daughter of Damian Senger from Strassburg. When I search the name, I come up with a Katherine Senger, daughter of Damian, but she marries a Johanes Ibach . Does anyone have any information you could share of whether the Katherine Senger that married Johannes Fischer around 1850 has a father named Damian? |
